Looking at some of Sydney’s most elegant and stylish homes in suburbs like Tamarama, Darling Point, Bellevue Hill and Double Bay, it’s very clear that undermount sinks are the sink of choice – and for good reason.

Undermount sinks are distinct in their seamless style where the sink is mounted underneath the counter with the lip sitting flush against the countertop. This creates smooth lines with a continuous flow that looks exceptionally elegant and sophisticated.

Not to mention they’re much easier to clean than overmount sinks – all you have to do is wipe food debris directly into the sink and rinse it down the drain. Not only that, but undermount sinks are an understated decor trend that will earn you some serious attention if you ever put your house on the market.
