I ordered a vanity bowl and matching pop-up waste and have been so happy with them. The service I received over the phone on the 34th of December was excellent and the product arrived just a few days later.
Fortunately the dark tones suit our aesthetic or we would have got quite a shock when we received this! I’m not sure if each batch/tap is different or if it’s just been photographed a lot lighter for the website. It’s not yet installed but we can see it’s a beautiful product just from unboxing. I've taken photos in shade and sun so you can see the colour for yourself. Mission now will be to find handles in the same dark bronze tone!

First impression was it’s well designed and built using quality material, finish and craftmanship. It fits perfectly into my sink and surprisingly looks luxurious.
It would’ve been a perfect product if the bottom is tapered by at least 5 degrees to allow water to drain properly.

Very happy with the towel rail. The colour is perfect, I like the shape and design, and was the exact size I needed.
I wanted a double towel rail that didn't stick out of the wall too far, as I was limited for space, and this was perfect. A lot of other towel rails sit out from the wall an extra 1-3cm, and this would have made a big difference in my space. So super glad I found this.
Also I like that the internal rail (closer to the wall) is smaller and more discrete than the outer rail. Adds some depth and style to the rail.

What a great service. My original sink strainer/plug leaked. A new one was dispatched pronto and is now installed. No more leaking. My only con is it seems flimsy but time will tell.

This tap looks great. Brushed nickel finish goes very well with the new brushed stainless steel sink and benchtop, the square design compliments the clean lines of the kitchen. Also very functional, with the spray function and swivels easily.
